Avro Anson G-AGPG cover fairing tag

Built in 1945 as the prototype MK19, Avro Anson G-AGPG the Avro company 'hack' aircraft, and came to be known as "aggie paggie" due to its registration. In 1967 it was acquired by Ecko Electronics in and used as the testbed for the Concorde E320 weather radar system, housed in the oversized nose fairing.
After ending its flying days it spent 10 years at Southend before being acquired in derelict state by Mike Davey/ Hooton Park trust.
After restoration, the cockpit is now on display at Avro Heritage in Woodford.
These tags are cut from the cover fairing from the fuselage to wing joint. The multi colours have one of the two black horizontal lines running through the middle of them.
The red on the cuts is the under primer with the creamy mustard colour being the original aircraft. paint colour
